Lent retreat held at our parish

Belvai March 15, 2024: The annual Lent Retreat was held today for the faithful of Belvai Parish. Rev. Dr Canute Barboza, Kandlur Parish Priest, Diocese of Udupi preached the Retreat. The services included praise and worship, adoration, and confessions, concluding with the Holy Eucharist.

"Jesus is Love, Peace, Forgiveness, Patience, Truth, and Happiness. Adoration is all about witnessing Jesus. Confession is a great sacrament to revive ourselves from our sins, hence it is empowerment" said Rev. Barboza who emphasized the importance of Jesus in individuals life. 

Rev. Fr Joseph Alphonse Cardoza, Parish priest, thanked Rev. Dr. Canute for conducting the retreat meaningfully and preparing parishioners for Easter.
